On-going remedial works on the heritage listed Hannah’s Factory apartments in conjunction with Studio Pacific Architecture. Currently refurbishing a steel frame window and sill to help bring this iconic building back to top notch condition. Works included interior and exterior demolition of the concrete sill, replacement of corroded steel section and sill rebuild.
