All Industrial Access Solutions Ltd products are backed by comprehensive manufacturers warranties, in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Acts, as such you can purchase from us with the peace of mind that we will put it right should we see you wrong.
Due to the safety critical nature of many of our products Industrial Access Solutions Ltd shall only accept refunds or returns in the event of the following circumstances –
Prior to returning the item/s, you’ll need to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org letting us know the item/s you are returning, the reason you are returning the item and your order number (included on your receipt).
The item/s must be returned to us in as NEW condition with all internal and external packaging, accessories, swing tags, labels and manuals complete, intact and undamaged. N.B. please ensure you do not write or place delivery stickers directly onto the items or packaging.
Upon receipt by us the item/s including packaging, must NOT be used, worn or damaged, and in 100% re-saleable condition.
The cost of packaging,posting and returning the item is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Please choose your purchase carefully as unfortunately we do not accept returns because you have changed you mind, don’t like the colour or have found it cheaper elsewhere.
Damaged, used, worn, opened or items in an otherwise non-resalable condition shall not be accepted for return.
Safety critical or PPE products such as height safety equipment and rope access equipment are non-returnable/non-refundable accept under the conditions laid out in the Consumer Guarantees Act
Industrial Access Solutions Ltd reserves the right to offer a replacement, repair or a refund as appropriate to the product and circumstances for the return.
Refunds shall not be given on special orders, non-stocked items or bespoke services i.e. marketing/branded products or items
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable
We will endeavor to process your refund minus shipping and handling costs as quickly as we can, but you will need to allow 30 days for processing of returns and refunds

All shipping costs are calculated at the checkout and are determined by size, weight and delivery address.
All stocked items shall be dispatched within 2 business (i.e. Monday through Friday excluding public holidays) days of receipt of payment.
Please allow the following shipping times for delivery of stocked items only–
Delivery times for non-stocked and special order items may vary. Please allow 15 – 30 days for delivery of non-stocked items or special orders from the date of purchase.
